Refund Terms
Contact us within 30 days of your order. If you ship jars back to us in the original packaging with packing material, we will refund the purchase price upon receiving your shipment. Only one order will be refunded per household / address. No refund will be issued if more than one jar is opened in the case of a shipment involving more than one jar. Shipping charges are not refundable.If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement for the damaged jar/jars (evidence of damage may be needed to help us file a claim with the shipper).
Orders you place to us enter the shipping phase very quickly. Once an order has entered the shipping phase we cannot cancel the order. A cancellation fee of 10% of the order may apply.
