Rema has a NUTMERIC rice recipe for us all:
Sauté 2 finely chopped onions with one teaspoon of safflower oil/other vegetable oil. Add to it a pound of soy protein/vegetarian meat substitute (or anything similar - be creative). Blend in 3 tablespoons of NUTMERIC and add 2 cups of cooked brown rice. Heat the NUTMERIC rice for 4 minutes. Bon Appétit!


Dawn's NUTMERIC favorite:
Chop 2 onions and 1 red bell pepper into fine strips and sauté in 1 teaspoon of safflower oil. Add 4 tablespoons of NUTMERIC, mix well. Heat at a low flame for 4 minutes. Cut 4 hard boiled eggs in half and add to the mix. This is an Eggcellent meal for four with rice, pasta, noodles or whole grain bread.
